I purchased my first home/investment property in 2006 through CRI and I was thrilled with my choice! It is an end unit with a fence so perfect since I like to rent to people who have pets. I have been an owner and working with CRI ever since then -20 years. I have been happy with their services and appreciate all that they do since I live all the way in CA and can't have the eyes on my property - or even the contacts to do the work. They do it all and through all the ups and downs of owning an investment property, they are all very nice and handle everything for me there and I appreciate them all very much!
