As I’ve just moved in within the last week, I’d like to say that working with this property and rental management team has been with ease along every step of attaining and living in this new rental. I’m enjoying my new rental as it’s top-tier cleanliness is above average for most rentals I’ve seen and the location and set-up for tenants that they have created for new tenants is above standard. I’ve found ease along every step. When I inquired about pest control, regarding a potential problem, they sent someone out almost immediately to inspect and also spray for the rental- which was also free to me as it was within the first two weeks of moving in. To start, though the rental I was originally interested in wasn’t available, they showed me another which was identical. I was able to see the rental, as well as attain the rental I was interested in, within one single day. It’s been a breeze with every process and step being here so far and I look forward to the continuation of renting with this property management team (who are also all beautifully friendly, very knowledgeable and eager to help) throughout my time while renting. I’m grateful I found this team and hopeful for the future of renting from them. Awesome team, management, and properties. I am grateful I found them and I rent from them!
